What makes this place special is how much is packed under one roof. It's an old fashioned ice cream parlour (established in 1966) with a full chocolate shop inside! Their chocolatier makes over 200 kinds of candy on site, including hand dipped sponge candy, European style truffles, creams, nuts, jellies and cherry cordials. The ice cream and toppings are all made fresh in the shop and the sundae menu runs from a single scoop all the way up to fourteen! If you are feeling brave try out the Kitchen Sink and a Brain Freeze Challenge. There are also milkshakes, ice cream sodas, build your own sundaes and ice cream sandwiches. They even have lactose-free and oat milk options. There is a cappuccino bar and a gift section too. I ordered the Cinnamon Zap with whipped cream and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! My partner opted for Hot Butter Fudge with whipped cream. The staff deserve their own paragraph. Friendly, patient extremely helpful and clearly happy to be there. This was the worst experience of my life in a candy and ice cream store. We walked into the store at 7:25pm on Sunday in a group of 4 and stood in line for about 10-15 minutes and ordered 3 2 scoop ice cream in a waffle cone and a waffle dish and 1 in a regular dish and 1 hot fudge sundae. We paid for the order and left a decent cash tip. They’re were multiple people behind us ordering ice cream too. As we are about to sit down after being given our order number we are approached by a 20 something woman angrily telling us that we cannot sit down and eat our ice cream as the eating area is closed. She kept arguing that they close at 8 and the room closes at 7:30. We mentioned we only want cream and would be out before 8. She kept arguing that we cannot sit down and then brought another person who kept arguing and wanted us to leave. We kept our cool and said we came in before and will eat our icecream inside as it’s raining outside and there were still about 20 people seated in the restaurant and about 10 people still in line. She angrily so walked away and then started banging the chairs on the tales in a angry fashion onto the tables and at times falling on the floor. We kept our

Excellent candy and ice cream shop located in Kenmore New york. Offering a wide range of homemade chocolates and candies in addition to an ice cream bar with old fashioned milkshakes and soda giving that old fashioned vibe. Highly recommend. We've been going here a very long time and at least stopping to get an Italian soda or two

A Must-Stop Sweet Spot in Kenmore, NY! If you’re ever in Kenmore, NY, King Condrell’s Candy and Ice Cream is an absolute must-stop! Their handmade ice cream and chocolate candy are next-level delicious. You can taste the love and craftsmanship in every bite. I had the Peanut Butter Fudge and wow—smooth, rich, and packed with flavor. I also took home some Oreo cookies dipped in chocolate, and they were dangerously addictive. Every treat was fresh, indulgent, and beautifully made right in-house. To top it off, the service was amazing—super friendly, fast, and welcoming. It really adds to the warm, nostalgic vibe of the place. Whether you’re looking for a quick scoop, a box of chocolates, or a sweet gift, King Condrell’s delivers. Highly recommend.
